Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to company-provided customer/prospect data for lead generation.
Follow up with leads and identify customer requirements and potential sales opportunities.
Make regular payment follow-up calls with existing customers for outstanding payments.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, customer responses, and payment status.
Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts teams for lead conversion and payment collection.
Follow up consistently with customers through calls and WhatsApp, where required.
Achieve daily calling, lead-generation, and payment follow-up targets.
Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.
Candidate Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable making regular outbound calls and follow-ups.
Experience in telecalling, lead generation, sales follow-up, or payment collection preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and maintaining customer records.
Target-oriented, confident, and persistent.
Fluent in English and Hindi and Bengali
