Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and assisting with customer queries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to handle rejections positively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.

• Generate leads, maintain a database of contacts, and follow up regularly.

• Convert leads into sales or appointments for the sales team.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

• Maintain call records and submit daily/weekly reports to the manager.

• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Proven experience as a Telecaller / Telesales / Customer Support (preferred).

• Excellent verbal communication skills in \[English/Hindi/Regional language].

• Good listening skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle targets.
