Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller – IT Sales to promote and sell our IT services over the phone. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads into customers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT services such as:

  • Website Development

  • Mobile App Development

  • Digital Marketing

  • Software & IT Solutions

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions.

• Generate leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.

• Maintain and update customer data in CRM.

• Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide basic technical explanations.

• Maintain professional relationships with clients.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi

• Basic knowledge of IT services (training will be provided)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Ability to work with targets and pressure

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

🎓 Education

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)

• MBA / Sales background is a plus (not mandatory)
