Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to corporate clients, pharma companies, and business prospects
Generate leads and appointments for the sales team
Follow up with existing and potential clients regarding proposals, samples, and orders
Maintain call records, client data, and follow-up status
Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the internal sales team
Assist in closing orders through effective communication and persuasion
Coordinate with field sales team for meetings and conversions
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive
Experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or corporate gifting will be an added advantage
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English required)
Confident, convincing, and polite on calls
Strong follow-up skills and target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM is a plus
