Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller – Sales to join our growing team at Opicle. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, generating leads, and supporting revenue growth through effective sales communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Opicle’s digital marketing and affiliate solutions
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Understand client requirements and explain relevant services
Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and campaign execution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of sales and client handling
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
Freshers are welcome (prior telecalling/sales experience is an added advantage)
