Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products & services (CCTV, Biometric, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Home Automation, Networking, etc.).
Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
Maintain call records, customer database, and follow-up details.
Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, etc.).
Prior experience in telecalling / BPO / customer service will be preferred, but freshers can also apply.
