Nvedya Buildcon is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and professional Female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to interact with potential customers, understand their requirements, and generate business leads.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and interested leads.
Explain the company's real estate projects and property offerings.
Understand customer requirements and share relevant project details.
Follow up with prospective clients and schedule site visits.
Maintain customer databases and daily calling reports.
Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
Support the sales team in lead generation and conversion.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
Confident, polite, and professional telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility Criteria
