Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Lead Generation Executive. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining life insurance products, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Introduce and explain life insurance products to customers.
Generate interested leads and forward them to the sales team.
Maintain daily calling records and update lead status.
Achieve daily lead generation targets.
Build positive relationships with customers during calls.
Job Details
Process: Life Insurance (Lead Generation)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Lunch Break: 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (Fixed)
Incentives: Performance-based incentives
Attendance Bonus available
Cab Facility available on selected routes
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 10th Pass or above
Age: 18 – 30 years
Language: Hindi speaking required
Experience: Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply
