Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are seeking confident and proactive Tele-callers to join our school’s admissions team. As the first point of contact for prospective parents, you will provide information about the school, explain the admission process, and schedule appointments or school visits. Your communication skills will be key to creating a positive first impression of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle approximately 200 incoming and outgoing calls daily related to admission enquiries.

• Maintain a positive and friendly tone in all conversations.

• Follow up with prospective parents regularly and maintain a detailed call log.

• Provide accurate information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.

• Schedule school tours, counselling sessions, and follow-up meetings with admission counselors.

• Maintain and update enquiry records in the CRM system or call register.

• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth follow-through of leads.

• Share promotional information, event invitations, and registration deadlines via phone or WhatsApp.

• Address basic queries regarding fees, facilities, and required documentation.

• Handle queries from parents requesting Leaving Certificates (LC) and attempt to retain them.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi, English, Marathi, and the local language.

• Strong persuasive abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Good listening skills and attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Preferred Qualities:

• Prior experience in school admissions, tele-calling, customer service, or sales.

• Friendly, patient, and child-friendly demeanor.

• Quick learner with a passion for education and supporting parents.
