Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, and assisting in property sales through effective communication.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
Explain real estate projects, property details, and offers
Generate and qualify leads for site visits and sales team
Handle inbound inquiries and customer queries
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
Schedule property visits and coordinate with sales executives
Build and maintain strong customer relationships

🔹 Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)
- Persuasive and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry preferred
- Comfortable with calling targets and follow-ups
