🎯 Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Telecaller to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and promote Mutual Fund and Equity investment services. The candidate should have basic knowledge of financial products and strong communication skills.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• 📞 Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided database

• 🗂 Generate and qualify leads for Mutual Fund & Equity investment products

• 📊 Explain basic features of:

  • SIP (Systematic Investment Plan)

  • Lump Sum Investment

  • Demat & Trading Account

  • Portfolio Management Services (PMS)

• 📅 Fix appointments for Relationship Manager / Advisor

• 📌 Maintain follow-up records in CRM / Excel

• 🎯 Achieve daily, weekly & monthly calling targets

• 📈 Support sales team in client conversion process

💼 Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)

• Confident & persuasive speaking ability

• Basic knowledge of Mutual Funds & Share Market

• Ability to handle objections

• Target-driven mindset

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM)

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
