We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Telecaller to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and promote Mutual Fund and Equity investment services. The candidate should have basic knowledge of financial products and strong communication skills.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

📞 Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided database
🗂 Generate and qualify leads for Mutual Fund & Equity investment products
📊 Explain basic features of:
- SIP (Systematic Investment Plan)
- Lump Sum Investment
- Demat & Trading Account
- Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
📅 Fix appointments for Relationship Manager / Advisor
📌 Maintain follow-up records in CRM / Excel
🎯 Achieve daily, weekly & monthly calling targets
📈 Support sales team in client conversion process

💼 Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
Confident & persuasive speaking ability
Basic knowledge of Mutual Funds & Share Market
Ability to handle objections
Target-driven mindset
