Job Summary:

MONEYEARLY FINANCE is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Loan Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining loan products, generating leads, and assisting clients throughout the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact potential customers through calls and follow-ups.

- Explain Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP (Loan Against Property), and Mortgage Loan products.

- Generate and qualify leads.

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions.

- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.

- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for loan processing.

- Achieve monthly calling and lead generation targets.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of loans and financial products preferred.

- Telecalling or sales experience will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
