We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telecaller for the Debt Recovery Department. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers with overdue payments and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professional communication.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Call customers regarding overdue loan/EMI payments

Explain outstanding dues and payment options

Negotiate payment arrangements as per company policy

Follow up regularly with customers for payment commitments

Maintain accurate call records and update CRM system

Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets

Escalate critical cases to the field recovery team if required

Ensure compliance with RBI and company guidelines
