• Make outbound calls to potential leads and respond to inbound inquiries.

• Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.

• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and update customer databases.

• Follow up regularly via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure customer engagement.

• Schedule and coordinate property site visits for the sales team.

• Support the sales team in achieving closures by providing pre-sales assistance.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead generation, and conversion targets.

• Share feedback on customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.
