We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecaller who can effectively communicate with customers in Kannada. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service or sales. You will play a key role in reaching out to potential customers and assisting them with inquiries or service information.
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in Kannada.
Explain products or services and handle objections or questions.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
