Manage the front desk and greet visitors.

Perform data entry and maintain customer records.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain daily call and customer interaction records.
Handle basic office administrative tasks.
Performance Indicators
Achieve daily outbound call targets.
Meet appointment/conversion targets.
Maintain high customer satisfaction.
Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping.
Skills & Qualifications
12th Pass required; Graduate preferred.
1–2 years of experience in receptionist/tele calling preferred.
Good Hindi and English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
