We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Tele-caller to engage with potential and existing customers via phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, handling inbound queries, and promoting products or services to drive customer engagement and sales.

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote offerings

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively

• Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions
