Job Description

Role: Part-Time Tele-caller (Outbound Sales & Lead Generation)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Shift Timings (Fixed Split Shift):
Phase 1: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Phase 2: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

(Total: 4 Hours/Day, Monday to Saturday)

Salary: ₹6,000 - ₹8,000 Fixed + Attractive Incentives per conversation.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound B2B calls to electrical manufacturers, motor rewinders, and industrial clients.

Conduct online Google research to source, verify, and add new business leads to the database.

Maintain accuracy by updating the Google Sheet in real-time immediately after every call.

Daily Output Benchmark: Minimum 40–50 dialed calls and 60–80 new researched leads added weekly.

Requirements:

Gender: Female candidates only.

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic understanding of English.

Must have a personal laptop/computer and an Android phone. (Postpaid calling connection will be provided by the company).

High discipline to work independently without supervision during the fixed 4 hours.
