We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, promote products or services, and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve targets.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products or services to customers and answer their queries.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Maintain customer details and call records in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Provide feedback to the team leader/manager on market trends and customer responses.
Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–6 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service .
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Persuasive, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Experience in Retail industry.
Multilingual communication ability.
Prior experience in handling customer databases or lead management systems.
