Job Purpose:
To handle Pre Auth, Servicing and Lead Generation at Manipalcigna Hospital Kiosk Desk. This employee at the At POC Desk would be referred to as “Point Of Care”
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Handle Pre Auth for MCHI Customers.
Servicing Clients who visit MCHI Kiosk Desk End to End.
Helping clients for understanding Final billing while discharge.
Upgrade and generate references with Clients.
Follow up on Payments and case closures.
Helping customer with stress free claims.
Target lead Conversion from references generated.
· Handling Customer Objections and providing the most accurate information.
· Minimal Free look cancellations and customer complaints.
