Job Title : Point Of Care – ManipalCigna Hospitals

Job Purpose:

To handle Pre Auth, Servicing and Lead Generation at Manipalcigna Hospital Kiosk Desk. This employee at the At POC Desk would be referred to as “Point Of Care”  

Key Responsibilities &  Accountabilities

• Handle Pre Auth for MCHI Customers.

• Servicing Clients who visit MCHI Kiosk Desk End to End.

• Helping clients for understanding Final billing while discharge.

• Upgrade and generate references with Clients.

• Follow up on Payments and case closures.

• Helping customer with stress free claims.

• Target lead Conversion from references generated.

·        Handling Customer Objections and providing the most accurate information.

·        Minimal Free look cancellations and customer complaints.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
