Job Summary

• We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to handle sales inquiries, generate leads, and convert prospective buyers for real estate plotting projects. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence on calls, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain project details.

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and database follow-up.

• Understand customers’ needs and suggest suitable plots or investment options.

• Maintain daily call records and share reports with the sales team.

• Schedule site visits for interested clients.Follow up with leads until closure.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduation (preferred).

• Proven experience as a telecaller or in telesales, preferably in real estate.

• Strong communication and persuasive skills.Fluent in English, Hindi, and local language.Basic computer proficiency (CRM, Excel, etc.).Positive attitude and ability to work towards sales targets.
