Telecaller

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and convincing skills, with the ability to generate leads and follow up with potential and existing customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain company products/services.

Generate quality leads and schedule appointments or demos as required.

Follow up with interested customers and convert inquiries into successful leads.

Maintain and update customer database regularly.

Handle customer queries courteously and professionally.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).

Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
