Telecaller Job Description – Lifero Skin & Hair Clinic

Position: Telecaller Executive
Location: Lifero Skin & Hair Clinic (All Branches)
Department: Sales / Customer Support
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective patients regarding clinic treatments, offers, and packages.

• Handle inbound calls and patient inquiries in a polite and professional manner.

• Explain clinic services, treatment benefits, and answer general patient queries.

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately.

• Follow up with prospective patients to increase conversion rates.

• Maintain detailed call records, leads, and appointment logs in the system.

• Coordinate with the clinic front desk and medical team for smooth patient management.

• Ensure excellent customer service to maintain a positive image of the clinic.

• Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi (preferred).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Clinic Software).

• Pleasant voice and good telephonic manner.

• Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.

• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
