We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer relations, and achieving set targets.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain products/services clearly and convincingly.
Maintain customer database and call records.
Follow up with customers for feedback or payment.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Support marketing and sales campaigns through telecommunication.
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages preferred).
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools).
Prior telecalling or BPO experience is an added advantage.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
