Telecaller

Roles and Responsibilities:

a. Fresh calls to the leads received through various marketing campaigns and taking the leads to meaningful closure

b. Periodic follow ups with the open leads and convincing the patients to visit the Clinics in Noida / Ghaziabad or Outside OPDs

c. Proper documentation of each lead in the software so that they can be referred if required

d. Monthly report generation for various campaigns – lead received / interested / visited, etc.

e. Time to time support in marketing activities through Tele calling

Skills and Experience:

a. Graduation in any streams is a must

b. Good communication skill; decent communication capability in English would be preferred

c. 1-2 years’ experience in Tele calling would be preferred; freshers should not apply for the post

d. Experience of working in the Pharma / Healthcare industry would be preferred

e. Experience of working in Software and knowledge of MS Office so that the candidate can prepare report in Excel / Word / PPT

f. Growth Oriented / Team Player / Open to work for long hours or during holidays if required.
