Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced US Tele-callers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls to US-based clients, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience working with US processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to US-based clients/customers
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and efficiently
Generate and qualify leads as per business requirements
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
