· Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
· Explain products/services to customers and handle queries effectively.
· Maintain and update customer databases.
· Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales.
· Handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
· Record feedback and report to the team leader/manager.
· Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
· Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or customer support executive preferred.
· Excellent communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi].
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
