• Follow up on leads and inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.

• Maintain a database of prospective clients using CRM/Tally (if applicable).

• Explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits clearly to decision-makers.

• Schedule meetings or demos for the field/business development team.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.

• Handle client queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
