We are hiring a Telecaller to connect with potential and existing clients via phone and schedule sales appointments for our field team. This position plays a crucial role in lead conversion.
· Database Calling: Make daily calls to old clients, channel partners, and leads received from online platforms or exhibitions to reconnect and gauge current interest.
· Appointment Scheduling: Secure appointments for the sales team by coordinating between customer availability and sales team calendars; confirm meetings via phone and email/SMS/WhatsApp.
· LeadTracking:Updateandmaintaincalllogs,notes,andstatusesforeachleadinthe CRM or lead tracking sheet, and follow up as per schedule.
· Feedback & Reporting: Share regular updates on number of calls made, leads warmed, appointments booked, and rejected contacts with the management.
· Customer Interaction: Address basic queries or concerns, qualify leads by understandingtheirrequirements,andescalatehigh-potentialleadstotherelevantsales executive.
· Graduate in any stream.
· Excellent Gujarati/Hindi speaking skills.
· Basic computer skills and telephone etiquette.
