Job Title: Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive | Work from home

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller / Pre-Sales Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and supporting the sales team through effective pre-sales communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Explain company products/services and understand customer requirements
Generate and qualify leads through pre-sales calls
Maintain accurate call records and customer data in CRM or Excel
Conduct follow-up calls to improve conversion rates
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication skills
Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
Prior experience in telecalling, pre-sales, or lead generation preferred
Ability to handle customer queries professionally
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
