Job Details:

- Role: Telecaller

- Department: Loan Process / Sales

- Work Location: A3, 3rd Floor, Vipin Garden, Dwarka Mor, Near Gupta Ji Restaurant, Delhi

- Working Days: 6 days a week

- Working Hours: 9:45 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers for loan products

2. Explain loan process, eligibility, and documentation requirements

3. Follow up with interested leads and maintain call records

4. Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets

5. Coordinate with documentation and processing team

Eligibility:

- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

- Experience: Freshers can apply; Experienced preferred

- Skills: Good communication in Hindi, basic computer knowledge, confident on calls

Salary:

- Fresher: ₹10,000 per month

- Experienced: Up to ₹25,000 per month
