Location: Gaur City Centre
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹17,000 (Based on interview performance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Telecallers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and promoting our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide relevant information.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.

• Follow up on customer calls when necessary.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions.

• Work closely with the customer service team to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.

• Experience: No prior experience required; freshers are welcome.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge.

  • Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
