Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan/EMI payments.

- Follow up with customers for overdue and outstanding payments.

- Understand the customer's payment situation and encourage timely repayment.

- Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, payment options and applicable charges.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until payment is received.

- Negotiate suitable payment commitments within company guidelines.

- Update customer interaction, payment commitments and follow-up details in the system.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, promises-to-pay and payment status.

- Escalate difficult or unresolved cases to the concerned senior/team leader.

- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly collection/recovery targets.

- Follow company policies, customer-service standards and applicable banking/collection guidelines.

Candidate Profile

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English; Marathi is an advantage.

- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

- Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.

- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic computer knowledge is required.

- Freshers can apply.

- Prior experience in banking, loan collection, telecalling, BPO, recovery or customer service will be an advantage.
