We are looking for a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our team at Invest Noida. The role focuses on expanding our investor and client base, meeting outreach targets, and ensuring exceptional stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective investors, entrepreneurs, and business stakeholders to promote Invest Noida’s offerings.
Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information regarding investment opportunities, policies, and procedures.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
Maintain up-to-date records of all calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of investor queries and concerns.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets set by management.
Gather market feedback and communicate insights to the team to refine outreach strategies.
Assist in organizing investor meets, events, and awareness campaigns as required.
Job Requirements
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream), with 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
Confident, persuasive, and professional telephone manner
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain motivation
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
