Telecaller

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Tele Callers with 1–2 years of experience in tele sales and lead generation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong grasping power, and presence of mind to handle client queries and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

Explain products/services clearly and convincingly to prospective clients.

Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into confirmed appointments or sales.

Maintain records of conversations and update lead status in Excel.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.

Handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in tele sales/lead generation (1-2 years).

Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Local Language – customize as per need].

Good working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry and basic analysis).

Quick learner with strong grasping ability.

Sharp presence of mind and ability to handle pressure and objections.
