We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our Software Training Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, explaining our course offerings, and converting inquiries into enrollments. You will play a key role in achieving our admission targets and supporting students in their career journey.
Make outbound calls to leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or walk-ins.
Explain the features and benefits of software training programs such as Java, Python, Data Science, Full Stack Development, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, etc.
Answer questions related to course details, fees, duration, trainers, and career opportunities.
Follow up on interested candidates and maintain lead tracking in CRM.
Schedule counseling sessions or demos with academic counselors/trainers.
Maintain regular communication with potential students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Achieve weekly and monthly call and enrollment targets.
Share feedback from students to improve outreach strategies.
Minimum 10+2 or Graduation in any stream.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or educational counseling preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
