Job Title: Telecaller – Outbound Calls

Job Overview:
Infinity Travel Club is seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our outbound sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, introducing our travel membership packages, and generating leads or sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.

• Introduce and explain Infinity Travel Club’s travel packages, offers, and membership benefits.

• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their travel needs.

• Generate leads, fix appointments.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the system.

• Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into Appointments.

• Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and/or regional languages.

• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred (freshers can also apply).

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
