Telecaller

• Call potential customers and tell them about MSME and Mudra loan schemes.

• Understand what customers need and suggest the right loan.

• Help customers with documents and application forms.

• Follow up with customers until the loan is processed.

• Keep records of all calls and updates in the system.

• Achieve daily and monthly targets for leads and loan applications.

Fixed Salary + Incentives (based on performance)

Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
