We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at at Hi Living Homes. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide information
Maintain accurate records of conversations and update customer details in the system
Follow communication scripts and guidelines provided
Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Coordinate with the sales or support team for smooth follow-ups
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
