Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at at Hi Living Homes. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers

• Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide information

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and update customer details in the system

• Follow communication scripts and guidelines provided

• Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly

• Coordinate with the sales or support team for smooth follow-ups

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
