Key Responsibilities:
Qualify and manage incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Generate new business opportunities and develop new clients.
Regularly follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads.
Handle NBD and client relationship activities.
Maintain lead records, CRM and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with sales/technical teams for quotations, PI and customer requirements.
Attend exhibitions and generate business leads.
Requirements:
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Experience in B2B sales, lead generation or business development.
Industrial/water-treatment industry experience will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, email and CRM.
Target-oriented, confident and professional personality.
