We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining products or services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain products/services clearly and confidently
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain customer records and follow up regularly
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries and objections professionally

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi + English (Hindi is a plus)
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Ability to work with targets
Freshers can apply (experience preferred)
Positive attitude and convincing skills

Working Hours:
Full-time (as applicable)

Salary:
Fixed salary + incentives (based on performance)
