JOB TITLE: FEMALE TELECALLER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Greenbucks is looking for a Domestic Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound customer calls. The role involves providing accurate information, resolving customer queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Make and receive domestic customer calls

·         Explain company products/services clearly and confidently

·         Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups efficiently

·         Maintain call records and perform basic data entry

·         Ensure polite, professional, and customer-friendly communication

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         High school diploma or equivalent.

·         Proven telesales experience in an international BPO. (preferred)

·         Basic communication skills in Gujarti, Hindi

·         Results-driven with strong interpersonal and cultural sensitivity.

·         Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems.

·         Basic computer knowledge is mandatory

·         Ability to work effectively in a team

JOB TIMING:  - Day Shift – 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM(Mon-Sat)

SALARY:  14,000- 16,000/-per month
