Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sell products/services.

• Follow up with interested leads and maintain a good customer relationship.

• Explain product/service features and benefits clearly.

• Maintain call logs and update CRM/database with accurate details.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Handle customer queries with professionalism and patience.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of using a smartphone or computer.

• Punctual and self-motivated.

• Prior experience in telecalling/sales is a plus.

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)
