Telecaller

Global Realty Group is hiring an Experienced Female Pre-Sales Telecaller for its real estate sales operations in Noida. This role is ideal for candidates with prior telecalling experience who are confident in handling client conversations and lead coordination in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate projects

• Understand client requirements and qualify leads

• Explain project details and answer customer queries

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team

• Maintain lead records and follow-ups using computer systems

• Achieve daily calling and lead conversion targets

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Gender: Female only

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of telecalling / pre-sales experience (Real Estate preferred)

• Education: Minimum Graduate

• Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and calling skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling tools)

  • Good convincing and negotiation ability

  • Professional attitude and target-oriented approach

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time

• Work Mode: On-site (Office-based)

• Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week

• Industry: Real Estate (Pre-Sales)

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
