We are looking for a motivated and confident individual to manage customer enquiries, generate bookings and build our network of service partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Support & Lead Conversion

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.

- Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp.

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable services.

- Share service details, pricing and quotations with customers.

- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

- Maintain customer information and lead records.

- Coordinate with service professionals to ensure smooth service delivery.

2. Service Partner Acquisition

- Contact available service professionals such as cleaners, plumbers, electricians and technicians.

- Explain GarhUp's business model and partnership opportunities.

- Identify and onboard new service partners.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with service professionals.

- Follow up with potential partners and encourage them to join GarhUp.

- Maintain an updated database of active and potential partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

- Confidence in handling phone calls and WhatsApp conversations.

- Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

- Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach.

- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and tasks.

- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, sales or business development will be preferred.
