We are looking for a motivated and skilled Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound calls, and providing excellent customer service.
Role Objective
To connect with potential leads via phone calls, explain franchise business opportunities, and generate qualified appointments or inquiries for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:
Call potential customers from the given database or leads generated through marketing campaigns
Pitch franchise opportunities effectively and professionally
Set up appointments for sales team follow-ups
2. Inbound Call Handling
Attend to incoming calls and provide accurate information about Franchise Hai services
Resolve queries or redirect to appropriate departments
3. Lead Management
Record all call outcomes in CRM/software (interested, follow-up, not interested, etc.)
Follow up with warm leads at regular intervals
4. Customer Interaction
Build rapport with potential clients
Maintain polite, confident, and clear communication at all times
5. Reporting
Share daily call reports with the team leader or manager
Provide feedback on common customer questions or objections
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred
0–2 years of experience in telecalling / customer service / lead generation
Good command over Hindi and English (regional languages a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
