Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and purchase timeline.
Schedule site visits or follow-up calls for interested clients.
Work closely with sales executives to hand over hot leads.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
Excellent communication Telugu language preferred
Confident, persuasive speaking skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM software, property portal usage)
Patience and persistence for cold calling
Understanding of real estate terminology (preferred)
