Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and confident Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries or complaints.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information.
Generate sales leads and follow up with prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team lead.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Provide feedback to the management team about customer needs and market trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream).
Proven experience as a Tele caller(insurance background), Customer Care Executive, or similar role preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Nepali].
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Salary: 10,000/- To 12,000/-
Experience: 1/2 years (Insurance background)
