Telecaller

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily office work manage karna (files, documentation, printing, scanning etc.)

• Phone calls aur customer follow-ups lena

• Emails check karna aur respond karna

• Basic data entry aur records maintain karna (Excel knowledge required)

• Meeting scheduling aur calendar manage karna

• Office ki basic cleaning aur arrangement ka dhyan rakhna (if needed)

• Support karna team ko admin aur coordination tasks mein
  
  Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)

  • Communication skills (Hindi aur basic English)

  • Responsible aur punctual hona zaroori hai

  • Female candidates preferred (if that's your preference)
