⏱️ Work Schedule & Timings

• Days per week: Only 4 Days a week

• Daily Hours: Second Half / Afternoon Shift only (e.g., 2:00 PM to 7:30 PM). Perfect to manage after morning household chores!

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound customer or client calls from the office.

• Handling basic customer queries politely over the phone.

• Updating calling details and notes into a simple Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet.

🔍 Who We Are Looking For

• Female candidates or homemakers residing in nearby areas (like Salt Lake, New Town, Kestopur, Ultadanga, Phoolbagan).

• Ability to speak clearly and politely in Bengali and Hindi (Basic understanding of English is a plus).

• Comfort with basic mobile operations and elementary computer typing/Excel.

• Punctual, reliable, and looking for a long-term, stable part-time association.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹3,500 to ₹5,500 per month (based on experience and interview).
